With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darleen Lydia Cardinal of Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry H. Bergquist and Lydia Bergquist (Ordorff); her close friend Willis Cardinal; and her siblings, Gloria Bergquist, Bennie Bergquist and Jim Bergquist.
She is survived by: her children, Lesa Driscoll, Les Cardinal and Dan Cardinal; her sister Harriet Splettstoeszer; Lynn, Wanda Jones and Darleen. She is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church - Montrose (310 Buffalo Ave S, Montrose, MN 55363). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
