We are sad to announce that, on May 24, 2026, at the age of 87, Barbara Ann Biritz of Saint Michael, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Shay and Isabel Shay; and her siblings, Donna, Phyllis, Rosalee, Kathleen, Jim and Thomas.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Biritz; her children, Kay Kane (Robert), Laurie Chivers, Kelly Frost (Bryan) and Ross Butterfield (Diane); and her siblings, Mary Lou Collins (Ron), Patrick Shay (Pat), Richard Shay and Scott Shay. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
