She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Edward Champeau and Eileen Champeau. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Kirstin Tessmer (Jared), Dana Paumen (Andy) and Eric; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Sawyer, Waylon and Britta; her caregiver Oretha Tarley; her in-laws, Matt Bjorge (Sandy), Katy Mingo (Jake) and Paul Ollmann (Laurie); and also, Bruce Champeau (Sandi), Steve Champeau (Carrie) and Renee Mueller (Jeff).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Peterson Chapel St. Michael-Albertville Funeral Home (300 Main St N, St Michael, MN 55376). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
