He was predeceased by : his parents, Helmer Christianson and Alma Christianson (Benson); and his brother Dean Christianson. He is survived by : his wife Dot Arendt (Dorothy); his children, Heather and Scott; his son-in-law Brian Felber; and his grandson Evan Felber. He is also survived by several in-laws.

“Very sorry to hear of Nate's passing. Carol and I lost all of our parents in November and December over the years so it makes what should be a joyful holiday season a bit more difficult. The saving grace has always been they were now in a better place free of illness and pain. We hope you can take solace in that same thought. Chuck & Carol Schwartau”
