He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Shirley. He is survived by: his daughter Kayla; his former wife Lisa; his siblings, Tim (Nicole) and Jackie Sigvertsen (Jon); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Jack, Thomas, Emma and Lauren. He is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
