He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Carlton Gaskill and Ada Mae Gaskill (Sharrett); and his sister Avis Marie Counrod. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Haugen (Keith Haugen); his grandsons, Kurt Haugen (Kari) and Jason Haugen (Charles VanScyoc); and his great grandchildren, Mia Haugen and Carson Haugen.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Peterson Chapel – St. Michael (11300 Frankfort Pkwy NE, St Michael, MN 55376).
In lieu of Flowers, memorials are preferred to the National Kidney Foundation or United States Deputy Sherriff's Association (USDSA).
