He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Borofka and Lillian Borofka; his brother James Borofka; his sister-in-law Pamela Holmstrom; his wife Phyllis Borofka; and his stepdaughter Pamela Borofka.
He is survived by: his daughter Anita; his son-in-law Dean Forrest; his daughter Wendy; his son-in-law Brian Menk; his grandchildren, Andrew Forrest (Katie), Nathaniel Forrest, Alanna Menk and Benjamin Menk; his sister-in-law Janice Borofka; his sister Susan; his brother-in-law David Derro; his brother Bernard Borofka; his siblings-in-law, Harold, Carol Holmstrom and Steve Holmstrom; Hunter LeClair-Forrest. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Utcwestgate Church (705 County Rd 101, Plymouth, MN 55447). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
