Thomas; her stepsons, Affer Thomas, Jr. and Samell Thomas; her grandson André Crenshaw; her great grandchildren, Davondre Crenshaw-Fields, Michael Tutt, Jr. and James Weldon, Jr.; and her sister Bettie Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Crenshaw, Rita Crenshaw, M. "Cookie" Crenshaw and Jacquelyn Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and a host of friends.
