Dungey of Saint Paul, Minnesota, born in Meridian, Mississippi, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Simmons and Mable Christine Thomas (Hudson); her brothers, Walter Hardy Sr., Lawrence Simmons of St. Paul, MN and Anthony Simmons of Detroit, MI; her children, Tonya Anita Dungey, Leland Dungey Jr., Clarence Coker and Perry Miller; and her granddaughter Lareva Smith of St. Paul, MN..
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Simmons, Jamesetta Simmons and Alan Jeffery Simmons of High Point, NC; and her children, Sharon K. Holmes (Terry E. Holmes) and Loland Brian Dungey of St. Paul, MN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and many loving family members and friends.
