She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Karnatz and Elinor Karnatz (Miller); Joe Strickzik. She is survived by: her former husband Charles Shelton; her husband Reuben Neal; her daughters, Vicky Lynn Shelton and Loraine Shelton; her grandchildren, Rasheen Tillman, Danielle Sivels, Anthony Shelton and Justin Shelton; her close friend Joann; her sister Annette; Rasheen Tillman and Anthony Shelton. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the family to help support them during this difficult time.
