He is survived by: his wife Linda Zimmer; his children, John Schwieters, Paul Schwieters (Lisa), Ann Kirlin (Bob) and Mary Webster (Jon); his grandchildren, Amanda, Brandon, Jack, Emily and Erik; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Mason, Wells and June; and his sisters, Maryann and Marlene.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament (2119 Stillwater Ave E, St Paul, MN 55119). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
