It is with sadness that the passing of Betty Mae Duncan of Saint Paul, Minnesota is shared. Betty, born on January 25, 1939, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Wilkes and Thelma Wilkes; her husband Jim Duncan; her siblings, Louise Marshall, Flute Albert Merriwether, Leonard Wilkes, Arthur Wilkes, McKinley "Junior" Wilkes, Malandus "Sonny" Wilkes, John "Jay" Wilkes and Amos Wilkes; her stepdaughter Rosie Pimpton; her son-in-law Anthony Franklin; and her granddaughters, Shannon Necole Jones and Lynsindra "Patty" Thigpen.

She is survived by: her siblings, Joe Wilkes, Mildred Kelly, Glory Wilkes, Bertha Pickett, Forestine Booker, Hicks and Devernice Cowan; her children, Deborah McGrew (Fred), Sharon Jones (AZ), Jimelle Duncan [Nykia Higgins] and Danielle Franklin; and her stepson Pascal "Percy" Pimpton (Francine). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Shiloh Temple International Ministries (1201 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55411). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (1800 Edgerton St, St Paul, MN 55117).
