She is survived by: her parents, Steve Nygaard and Nora Nygaard (Wagner); her brother Carter Nygaard; her aunts and uncles, Shawn Nygaard (Sarah), Stacey Spellman (Tom), Mary Buechler (Jim), Lee Burgad (Al), Sandy Horner (Joe), Elaine Horner (Perry) and Donna VanBeek; and her grandparents, Richard Nygaard, Magnus and Ann Wagner.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sts. Anne & Joachim Catholic Church (5202 25th St S, Fargo, ND 58104). A burial was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (515 US-59, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501).
