He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Eustic "Frank" Melebeck and Dorothy Marie "Chank" Baudoin; his nephew Corey Melebeck; and his sister-in-law Beth Broussard Melebeck. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Melebeck Vigneaux and Francis Keith Melebeck (Toni); his nephews, Nicholas Vigneaux and Aaron Melebeck; his niece Francine Vigneaux; his godson Todd Bruno; his nieces and nephews, Kylie Denby, Kason Roman, Kamron Roman, Reece Melebeck and Cort Melebeck; and his aunts, Maudry Mae Melebeck Picard, Betty Melebeck Robin and Lynda Baudoin Bruno.
