She was predeceased by: her parents, Squire Clemons and Nealie Clemons; her husband Herbert Thomas; her brother Squire Clemons Jr.; her sons, Dwight and Curtis Thomas; her grandson Quest Mazique Sr.; and her daughters-in-law, Nina Clemons and Jacqueline Thomas.
She is survived by: her sister Athel Clemons Davis; her children, A. Demetrius Clemons (Elsie), Clyde Thomas, Marsha Mazique and Diane Cotton; and her daughter-in-law Susan Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, church family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gospel Temple (247 Grotto St N, St Paul, MN 55104). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
