He was predeceased by: his parents, John Furlong and Evelyn Furlong; his former wife Judi; his son-in-law Scotty Moe; and his siblings, Steve Furlong, Mary Crane and Claire Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, AnneMarie (Tim), Daniel (Ann), Heidi, Louis Sillars and Laura Sillars; and his grandchildren, Nick Moran and Delaney Grundhauser-Strappe (Gavin). He is also survived by siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a vast circle of dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in Chuck's honor.
