He is survived by: his parents, Rolf Johnson and Kathleen Johnson (Gary Butts); his sisters, Jessica Johnson and Jennifer (Mark Edwards); his nephews, Brandon, Daniel (Paloma), Seth (Ari), Paul, Kian (Lilli), Judah, Nathan, Abraham, Alijah and Kairo; his great-nephew Shilo; and his nieces, Renee and Nadiah.
