We announce the death of Cynthia Jean Donlon (Saint Paul, Minnesota), who passed away on June 6, 2026, at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Craig McKinzie and Jerry McKinzie. She is survived by: her parents, Gerald McKinzie (Carole) and Janet Welsch; her husband John Donlon of Saint Paul; her children, John Donlon (Nicki), Brian Donlon (Trisha) and Erin Bell (Joe); her grandchildren, Nathan and Jenna Donlon; and her siblings, Ken McKinzie (Paula), Theresa Williams (Bob), Keith McKinzie (Karen) and Bobby Welsch (Alicia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-brothers and sisters, siblings-in-law, and other extended family.
