He is survived by: his significant other Ruthena; his daughters, Angela (Gabriel) and Amelia (Mike); his brother David (Susan); and his nieces, Mara (Garrett) and Kaia (Cameron). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Memorials are preferred to Central Presbyterian Church or the American Red Cross.
