She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Mertz and Dorcas Mertz. She is survived by: her children, Jon Zimmerman (Anna), Karen Zimmerman and Austin Marie; and her siblings, Mary Jane Wirges and Thomas Mertz (Peggy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (515 S Albert St, St Paul, MN 55116). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
