He is survived by: his son John Jr.; his wife Mary (Vasquez); his daughters, Anna, Deborah and Rose; and his grandchildren, LaTasha, Jessica, Lynn, Anthony, Nicole, Amanda and Alicia. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
