He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Maryann Kelly; his parents, Leo C. Kelly and Sara Jane Kelly; his parents-in-law, Richard and Lorraine Boldt; and his siblings, Catherine Anco and L. Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Williams (Michael), Diane Judith Kelly and John Leo Kelly (Katie); his grandchildren, Ryan, Max, Sophia Williams, Alex and Marcus Kelly; his siblings, Jane Eileen Wegleitner (Ray), Peggy Benjamin (Rob) and Dennis Kelly (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Mary Patraz (Dave), Richard Boldt (Chris) and Joe Anco (Jane); and his close friends, Mickey Turch, Terry Cook (Pat) and William Ahlberg. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, family and friends.
