He is survived by: his former wife Nancy; his daughter Anne Moreland (Jake); his grandchildren, Courtney, Grace and Emma Moreland; his son Tom; his grandchildren, Ben, Mary, Danny, Matthew and Peter Sampair; his son David (Maggie Vold); his grandchildren, Trisley, Charlotte, Emily Sampair, Birdie, Bowie and Eddie Vold; Susan Sampair. He is also survived by family cousins.
