He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard Tushaus and MaryAnn Lehnen. He is survived by: his parents, Randy and Jennifer; his siblings, Andrew, Micah and Sarah; his grandparents, Marjorie Tushaus and Clyde Lehnen; and his aunts and uncles, Lisa Anderson (Dan), Laura Sands (Sam), John Tushaus (Ashley), Richard Lehnen (Lisa), Dawn Hiniker (Chris), Ann Olstad (Calvin) and David Lehnen (Kari). He is also survived by 32 cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
