She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Polsfuss and Virginia Polsfuss; her husband Richard Boehm; her brother Terrence Polsfuss; her parents-in-law, Edward and Margaret Boehm (Peg); and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Boehm, Sandra Boehm and Bonita Boehm.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Lindsey (David), Mark Boehm (Lisa) and William Boehm (Molly); her grandchildren, Ginia, Cameron Lindsey, Joseph, Daniel Boehm, Hannah Boehm, Ella and Alec Endrizzi; her grandsons-in-law, James Boehm (Judy) and John Boehm (Sheri); and her sister-in-law Janice Polsfuss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
