She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Melin and DeMaris Melin (Clark); her husband Ernie; and her sisters, Roberta and Patty.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Tharaldson (Amy Schult), Rana Tharaldson of Center City, MN, Ingrid (Bryan Schmitt) and Brevik (Billie Tharaldson).
Visitation was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mundwiler and Larson Funeral Home (102 Studdart Ave, Graceville, MN 56240). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (125 Co Hwy 6, Clinton, MN 56225). A burial was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the East Zion Cemetery (28745 Co Rd 10, Starbuck, MN 56381).
