He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth (Betty); his daughters, Monica Evon (Tom), Carol Sexton and Mary Beth Johnson (David); and his son-in-law Tom Splinter (Leanne). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
