He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jensen and Arlene Jensen (Mather); his son Corey M. Jensen; his siblings, Charles P. Jensen and Kathleen A. Vogel; his nephew Charles D. Vogel; and his grandparents, Ole, Ann Jensen, Peter and Lavina Mather.
He is survived by: his brother Ken; his son Steven (Dayna); Nancy.
