He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kampa and Margaret Kampa; his brother Paul Kampa; his brother-in-law Scott Lis; and his nephew Bill Kampa.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kampa; and his siblings, Karen Lis and Glen Kampa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
