She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Obitz and Maxine Obitz; and her sister-in-law Elaine Obitz. She is survived by: her husband Bart; her children, Nicholas Struntz (Heather), Jessica Peightal and Austin Struntz (McKenna); her stepchildren, Jammie Westphal (Dan), Jennie Cherrier and Jesse Cherrier; her siblings, Steve Obitz (Jana Schissel), Maureen Farber (Jeff) and Laura Setley (Greg); and her siblings' children, Kayla Obitz, Nathan Obitz (Samantha) and Conor Setley (Maggie). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM and on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 7:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association, or the National Park Foundation.
