In the sacred silence of farewell, Laurie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervyn Kelly and Stella Kelly (Blais); and her siblings, Doreen Kelly, Kathleen Lynch (Kitty), Joseph and Mervyn Kelly.
She is survived by: her sister Mary.
In her retirement Laurie volunteered at Bethany Convent, the CSJ Ministry Foundation, and spent five years as librarian for the St. Joseph Provincial House. (2003-08).
