The memory of Louis Leo Wiggin of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on November 30, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wiggin and Mary Wiggin; his siblings, Pat, Mary Ellen, Veronica, Judy, Dick, John and Dennis; and his daughter-in-law Kyong Ok Wiggin (Kim).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Wiggin; his children, Keith, Joseph and Stephanie (Lance Peterson); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Appenzeller (Benjamin) and Alexander Wiggin; his great grandchildren, Louis, Iris and Maximus Appenzeller; and his siblings, Dory, Tess, Monica and Gerald. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church (650 Palace Ave, St Paul, MN 55102). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (650 Palace Ave, St Paul, MN 55102). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
