He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jellinek and Ann Jellinek (Kohout); his daughter Cyndi; his son-in-law Kirk; his siblings-in-law, Donna, Emmet and Jerry; his siblings, Barbara, Marilyn, Nancy, Ardeth, Virginia and Larry; and his parents-in-law, Al and Corrine.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Samantha Corrine and Alex Michael; his wife Bonnie; his granddaughter Samantha Hedum (Josh); his sisters, Janet Lokowich, Judy McGrath and Cyndy Manthei (Bill); and his brother-in-law Dennis DeMike. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Pascal Baylon Catholic Church, Mellow Fellows, or Jesuit Retreat House in Lake Elmo, MN.
