He is survived by: his son Jackson; his brothers, Andy (Linda Yamamoto), Tim (Grace Cord) and Matt (Vicky Johnson); his cousin Lee Ann Gauthier (Fernando Peña); his aunt Gloria Fritsch; Jeff (Miranda Weinberg) and Aidan Peltzman (Natasha Melchionne). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to his children are preferred.
