He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Mayfield and Elaine Mayfield; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mayfield (Bidwell); his children, Matt (Nicole), Leah and Luke; his son-in-law Jason; his grandchildren, Ethan, Hayden and Elora; and his sisters, Chris Green (Greg), Ruth Hanson (Bob) and Karen Clausen (Dane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Running Aces (15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025).
