He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Tom Muth, Karen Tate (Francis) and Mark Muth (Joy); his grandchildren, Jorden, Brooklyn, Even, Emma, Marshall, Parker, Sophie, Brandon and Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Barrett and Adeline; and his siblings, Kathy Andrews (Mark) and Mike Muth (Mary Jo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
