With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Neil A. Balcome of Saint Paul, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2025 at the age of 90. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Michurski); his children, Richard (Paula), Ron (Debbie) and Cathy (Dave); his grandchildren, Ryan, Nicholas, Daniel, Jon, Sara, Jennifer, Justin and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Taylor and Amelia; and his brother Jim (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
