He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Eisbach and Marion Eisbach; and his sister Judi Chandlee. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Tyler Eisbach (Jennifer), Lindsay Eisbach (Trevor), Alexis Lettelleir (Shawn) and Sydney Burke (Brian); and his grandchildren, Reese Lettelleir, Mason Lettelleir, Madeleine Eisbach, Ben Burke and Ava Burke.
