He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucinda Holst and Arthur Holst. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Grabowski; his children, Mark (Terry), Tom (Susan) and Ruth; and his siblings, Helen, Donald (Lois) and John (Janice). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
