He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Neill and Marie O'Neill (McDonald); his siblings, John O'Neill (Dorothy), Margaret Fraunfelder (Fred), Eileen Casey (Timothy), Genevieve Austin (Frank), William O'Neill, Mary Halpin (William) and Thomas O'Neill; and his sister-in-law Carol O'Neill.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Nauman; his daughters, Kerry Oliver (Oz) of Minnesota and Erin O'Neill (Manos) of Minnesota; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Barnes (Tyler); his great grandchild Hazel Barnes of North Dakota; his granddaughters, Ashley Oliver of Minnesota and Josie Wellik (Travis) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Catherine O'Neill of Wisconsin and Gerald O'Neill of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
He co-founded a charity and food shelf ECHO (Everyone Cooperating Helping Others), assisted a family of Laotian refugees, sponsored a Cuban refugee and served as a hospice volunteer.
