He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy. He is survived by: his children, Tim (Mary), Corrine and Mike (Jennifer); and his siblings, Corrine, Chuck (Liz), Chrissy, Jeff (Donna) and Mary (Denny). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great- grandchildren.
