Stephen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene (Barth); his parents, Robert and Barbara "Mutti"; and his siblings, Henry, Roberta "Roby" and Barbara.
He is survived by: his children, John Metzger (Becky), Michael "Tex" Metzger (Valerie), Susan Metzger, Jane VonHaden (Tony) and Mary Metzger; his grandchildren, Harley Metzger, Max Metzger (Samantha), Allison Metzger, Anthony Metzger, Vincent Metzger (Sarine), Frederick Metzger (Danielle), Roman Metzger, Nora Nicholas, Finn Von Haden, Shamus Von Haden and Aidan Von Haden; his great grandchildren, Oliver Metzger and Adeline Metzger; and his friend Pam Riesberg. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews.
