She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Johnson; her former husband Michael Callas; her parents, Olga Swendner and Lorenz Swendner; and her brothers, Peter and Lorenz "Bud" Swendner.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Callas (Nancy) and Christine Callas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church or the Salvation Army.
