McDowell; and his siblings, Helen Hamer, Tequla Hamer, Jovoni Parker, Allen McDowell, Ronald McDowell, Junior Hamer, Willie Hamer, James Hamer, Larry McDowell, Terrence Stephny, Otis Hamer, Raymond Parker, Spencer McDowell and Ron McDowell. He is also survived by nieces, tkeyah Hamer, Kalea nephews, Marsellus Mitchell, Keyshawn Hamer, Terrence Darnell and chip, and friends.
