He was predeceased by: his wife Betsy; his parents, Edward and Winifred; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Rice, Emily Traynor (Charlie) and Timothy Sands; his grandchildren, Joseph Rice, Patrick Rice, Elizabeth Seebach (Jordan), Kathleen Traynor and Charles Traynor; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Ellie Seebach.
