It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Elizabeth Bartsch of Saint Paul, Minnesota, born in Waconia, Minnesota, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Katherine Hall (Lindemeyer) and Clarence Hall; and her husband Richard. She is survived by : her sons, Thomas (Julia) and James; her brother Douglas (Patricia); her granddaughters, Eleanor (Kyle) and Alice (Christopher); and her great grandchild Timothy Richard. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
