He was predeceased by: his wife Carole; and his parents, Rudy Finch and Ida Finch. He is survived by: his children, Tracy, Mark (Nancy) and Bill (Christine); his grandchildren, Andrea (Aaron), Katie (Jeremy), Miranda and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Eliah, Anthony and Ally. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, granddogs and cats.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations are preferred to the donor's choice in Bill's honor.
