He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Pope and Ruth Pope (Crumlett); his wife Lavetta G. Pope; his daughter Debra Pope; and his siblings, Fern, Mage and Sidney.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Brokhausen (Ron) of Ramsey, MN, Bruce Pope (Dawn) of Austin, MN and Monica Helland (Jody) of Sauk Rapids, MN; his grandchildren, Carson Hage (Miku Takada) and Zachary Hage (Madison); and his sister Evelyn. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
