He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Johnson and Ina Johnson (Engum); and his sister Einar Rud of Sun City, AZ.. He is survived by : his wife Joan Derner; his children, Mark (Deb) of Cleveland, Don (Deb) of Lake Crystal, Julie Engler (Fred) of Chicago, IL and Jane Chouanard (Ron) of St. Peter; his grandchildren, Jennifer Gates, Ben Johnson (Carmin), Erin Johnson (Eric), Eric Engler, Katie Engler, Ryan Chouanard, Brent Chouanard-Nguyen (Sun) and Maggie Lange (Isaac); his stepgrandson Nick Jarvis; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Brantley and Eve Johnson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
