She was predeceased by : her parents, Benedict Green and Helen Green; her husband Michael Smith; her daughter Mary Catherine; her siblings, Mary and Bill; her sister-in-law Kay Green; and her pet Ellie.

She is survived by : her children, Tim (MaryBeth), Patricia, Ann Conlon (Tom), Susan and Michael (Mary); her brother Tom Green; and her siblings-in-law, Red Wyczanski and Elizabeth Green. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
